Remediation Plan for Non-Compliances

The Foundation is committed to resolving the identified non-compliances and improving the accessibility of its website to ensure fair and universal access for all users. To this end, the following implementation plan has been defined, outlining corrective actions and relative timelines.

Short-term Goals

  • Correction of Heading Hierarchy and H1 (Ref. C.9.1.3.1 / C.9.2.4.6):
    • Action: Standardize the order of headings (<h1>–<h6>), ensure the presence of one <h1> per page, and remove empty headings from templates.
    • Status: Planned.
  • Correction of Links/Controls with Indiscernible Names (Ref. C.9.2.4.4 / C.9.4.1.2):
    • Action: Make link and control texts unique and meaningful; where necessary, integrate aria-label/aria-labelledby consistent with the purpose.
    • Status: Planned.

Medium-term Goals

  • Adjustment of Contrast and Link Distinguishability (Ref. C.9.1.4.3 / C.9.1.4.1):
    • Action: Update palettes and CSS to comply with minimum ratios and make links distinguishable from surrounding text by means other than color alone.
    • Status: Planned.
